'Ai, ai burrito'. Learn how to make this Mexican cuisine classic

When you go to a Mexican restaurant, a burrito is something you always see on the menu. If you want to make it at home, the truth is that you don't need much. Check out this recipe from the website The Spruce Eats.

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 lemons
1/2 medium onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1 can of black beans
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Salt to taste
4 tortillas
Preparation method:
1- In a microwave-safe bowl, place the rice, cilantro, and juice of two lemons. Heat for one minute.
2- Sauté the onion with the olive oil and also add the garlic. Add the beans, chili, cumin, and hot sauce. Leave for five minutes.
3- Divide the rice among the four tortillas and add the beans. Wrap the burritos and they are ready to eat.
