No one will be able to resist this creamy chocolate and oat cake. The recipe is by nutritionist Helga Teixeira.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 ripe medium bananas (175 g)
1 cup of oatmeal flakes (125 g)
2 tablespoons of 100% cocoa powder (20 g)
4 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips (40 g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Method of preparation:
1- Mix the eggs, bananas, oats and cocoa in a blender.
2- Add the baking powder and mix lightly.
3- Add three tablespoons of chocolate chips and mix with a spoon, without crushing.
4- Place the mixture in a silicone or other mold lined with parchment paper.
5- Add the remaining tablespoon of chocolate chips on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 35 minutes.
