The cocoa ritual and free conscious dance arrive at the Hyatt Regency Lisbon

To celebrate Earth month, on April 20, Serenity - The Art of Well Being brings to Hyatt Regency Lisboa the Natural Healing Event, a holistic well-being event that allows for a multisensory experience, combining the power of cocoa and dance.
The program, created with hectic routines in mind, "is an invitation to presence, to one's own time, to slow down", explains the hotel in a statement. It begins with a cocoa ritual, an ancestral experience, which will be guided.

"All participants will take cocoa and explore its physical, emotional and spiritual benefits, while it serves as a catalyst for the moment that follows: a free and conscious dance class", explains Hyatt Regency Lisboa. Through various exercises, "participants are encouraged to let go of their bodies and connect with the movement, which helps to express emotions, in a free and positive way".
The 'Natural Healing' was designed to help release tension and stress, boost positive energy, help relax all muscles, especially the heart, increase concentration and creativity, among many other benefits.
Places are limited and the cost is 40 euros per person. More: all participants have an hour and a half access to the thermal oasis.
