The factors are extremely varied. According to Megwyn White, director of education at Satisfyer and certified sexologist, "the increase in vitamin D at this time of year, a vital nutrient that supports testosterone production, contributes substantially to increasing vitality and general well-being". "It is associated with an improvement in mood and also in sexual appetite", she explains in a statement.
"Spending time outdoors and exercising also contribute to sexual activity" in two ways. Not only do they increase libido through the release of endorphins and the improvement of self-confidence, but they also intensify blood flow to the genitals.
