Chocolate brownie is something simple to make. Still, there are versions that you will like to know. This is the case of this one from the Today program, from the American channel NBC. Learn how to do it.

Ingredients:
170 grams of dark chocolate
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
200 grams of cooked beetroot
Preparation method:
1- Melt the chocolate with the butter and sugar. Stir well. Remove from heat and let cool. Crush the beets in a food processor. Add the mixture to the chocolate.
2- Add the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour, cocoa and salt until the dough thickens.
3- Place the mixture in a rectangular mold and bake for 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
