The aroma is already in the air. On April 21, from 12 pm to 4 pm, awaken all your senses with the 'Histórias da Roça de Café' menu at the InterContinental Lisbon. This brunch will feature Nescafé and its Roastelier project.

You can expect a professional barista from the Academia Barista by NESTLÉ, who will bring to life an exclusive coffee station. The coffee will be roasted on the spot.

During the brunch, the professional barista will give demonstrations of latte art and two workshops, where you can learn how to make your favorite coffee drink and embark on a tasting of beverages from different origins. 

Just like the coffee, this menu also presents a variety of options. There are eggs benedict with coffee hollandaise sauce on carob brioche bread, 'pincho' of meat with semi-dry chimichurri in a water bun with mayonnaise, iceberg lettuce, bell pepper and chili pepper. There are also duck 'rillettes', roasted tomato, pickled onion confit, avocado and coffee powder.

To accompany all these gastronomic delights, you can stop by the salad station, choose the most refreshing one and even order a Mimosa or a juice of the day.

To sweeten your palate, the hotel has a selection of desserts: coffee, vanilla and chocolate trilogy, coffee éclair, the famous tiramisu, coffee and coconut pavé, a pyramid of caramelized coffee choux and even a coffee crème brulêé. 

Those loyal to the usual menu will be delighted to know that they will be able to count on the usual cold and hot dishes, as well as the well-known live stations for pancakes, waffles and crepes and the yogurt station, which are perfect for those who want to let their imagination run wild and choose their favorite 'toppings'.

More. Because there are those who have life goals to 'plant a tree, write a book or take a great trip', in this brunch you can fulfill one of them. As a way to celebrate Earth Day, celebrated on April 22, the hotel decided to join the Plant a Tree Association and guarantee the planting of a tree for each person who decides to visit us, by donating €5 for each reservation made.

The menu costs €48 per person, with parking included, and children up to 12 years old have a 50% discount.
