Making healthy granola? It's easier than many think

Looking to start your day in the healthiest way possible? You can make your own granola instead of buying the ones available in supermarkets. Want to try it? Follow this recipe from Eat Well 101.

Ingredients:
200 g of oatmeal
110 g and 1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of a neutral oil
1 tablespoon of caramel
30 g of hazelnuts
Preparation method:
1- Turn on the oven to 180ºC.
2- In the meantime, heat the oil and honey in a saucepan over low heat.
3- Chop the hazelnuts. Mix the oatmeal and hazelnuts in a large bowl.
4- When the honey and oil are liquid, pour the hazelnuts and oatmeal on top of the mixture, then mix everything with a wooden spoon. Add the remaining honey and caramel.
5- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6- Bake for 35 minutes. Try to stir the granola every 15 minutes.
7- Remove from the oven, let cool and store.
