This chicken skewer recipe, shared by nutritionist Ana Rita Campos on the social network Instagram, is super easy to prepare and can be made in an instant.

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
Wooden skewers
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of mustard
Seasonings to taste (the nutritionist suggests garlic powder, smoked paprika, parsley and salt)
Preparation method:
1- Start by cutting a chicken breast into cubes.
2- Add the yogurt and mustard. Then, add seasonings to taste and mix well.
3- Place the chicken pieces on wooden skewers.
4- Bake in the 'air fryer' at 200ºC for eight to 10 minutes.
