AS Roma provided an update on the health of Evan Ndicka, the player who collapsed on the pitch on Sunday during the match between Udinese and the Italian capital club, via a post on social media.

"The medical staff visited Ndicka in the hospital. Evan is feeling better and is in good spirits. He will remain in the hospital for further observations. Forza Evan," the Giallorossi wrote on social media X, attaching a photo in which the Ivorian appears smiling.

It is worth recalling that the match between Udinese and AS Roma was interrupted in the 72nd minute after Ndicka, a centre-back for the Italian capital club, collapsed on the pitch. The 24-year-old player felt a pain in his chest and ended up lying on the pitch, and was eventually taken to hospital.
