To prevent rice from sticking to the pan when cooking it, adding a little lemon can be a valuable help. And when you reheat it, are there any tricks to put into practice?

Another idea she leaves is to add a glass with water to the inside of the equipment. It is also possible to heat in the oven. In this case, add two tablespoons of water for each cup of rice you have.
Regardless of the method you use, dietician Shelley Rael, in statements to the same 'website', reveals that it is important that the rice guarantees a temperature of at least 74 degrees. "It is ideal for killing any bacteria and making the rice safe to eat." She also explains that you should avoid reheating more than once.
