Love mussels? Never sure how to cook them? This super-simple recipe from Prevention has a relatively short ingredient list and comes together in a snap. Bon appétit!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 chopped serrano pepper
1 c. dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 pounds mussels, scrubbed
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped basil
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Directions:
1- In a saucepan, heat oil, garlic, and serrano over medium-low heat 3 minutes. Stir in wine; boil 2 minutes.
2- Season with salt; add mussels. Cover and cook, shaking pan once or twice, until shells open, about 4 minutes. Transfer mussels to a shallow bowl.
3- Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in basil and parsley. Spoon over mussels.
