To keep your gut healthy you should adopt healthy habits and eat a balanced diet. But, in addition to being careful about what you eat, Zoe Williams, a doctor, quoted in the Huffpost, a blog aggregator, advises that you choose carefully what time you should eat.

For example, before the first meal of the day, breakfast, the specialist advises that you drink a glass of water. Why? "Hydration helps your gut to work and aids digestion, helping to break down food so that your body can absorb the nutrients."
