AVS was preparing to add a fourth consecutive match without a win in the II Liga this Saturday, but managed to beat Benfica B (0-1) in Seixal with a penalty converted in the... 90+9'.

After a first half in which Nélson Veríssimo's team was closer to the goal, the second half followed with Jorge Costa's team 'forcing' the error and persisting for a goal that would allow them to return to triumphs - something that appeared in stoppage time.

In the 90+9', a penalty converted by Benny allowed the return to the three points, 'plotting' the secondary formation of the eagles.

With this result, AVS now shares the lead with the same 59 points as Santa Clara (who will still play on this 29th round), with four more points than Nacional. Benfica B is now in 11th place with 37 points.
