Benfica triumphs in Tomar in the pursuit of FC Porto and Sporting (and not only)

Benfica's roller hockey team triumphed in their visit to Sporting de Tomar's pavilion (2-4), this Sunday, remaining in the pursuit of FC Porto, Sporting and Oliveirense.

The eagles practically entered the game losing with Filipe Almeida's early goal (4'), although the tie appeared on the brink of half-time, through Zé Miranda (19').

Gonçalo Pinto scored twice in the 27th and 31st minutes, followed by the fourth goal, in the 40th minute, scored by Lucas Ordóñez. The most that the Tomar team managed to do was reduce, in the 47th minute, through Gonçalo Neto.

With this result, Benfica is fourth, with 50 points, two behind Oliveirense, four behind Sporting and five behind the leader FC Porto. Sporting de Tomar is fifth, with 43 points.
