Avenida Marginal closed in Parede after collision that injured two
A collision this afternoon between two light vehicles on the National Road (EN) 6, in Parede, municipality of Cascais, caused two injuries and forced the closure of traffic in both directions on the Marginal, a source from Civil Protection reported.

According to a source from the sub-regional command of the National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority (ANEPC), at 3:10 p.m. there was "a collision between two light passenger vehicles, resulting in two minor injuries, who were transported to the hospital" in Cascais, in the district of Lisbon.
As a result of the accident, the EN6, in the Parede area, "is closed in both directions", and it is not yet known when it will be possible to resume road traffic on this section of Avenida Marginal.
Nine operatives and four vehicles from the Parede Volunteer Firefighters and the Public Security Police (PSP) were mobilized to the scene, the same source from the ANEPC sub-regional command of Greater Lisbon told Lusa.
