Israeli minister ran a red light again and had another accident

Israel’s National Security Minister Ben Gvir was hospitalized Friday after his car collided with another vehicle in Ramla.
Witnesses quoted by The Times of Israel said that the minister, who is a member of the far-right Jewish National Front party, failed to obey traffic regulations and ran a red light.
The minister sustained light injuries and is conscious and in good condition, according to his office, but he remains hospitalized.
In total, three people were injured.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
Not Ben Gvir’s First Accident (or Red Light)
This is not the first time the minister has been involved in an accident — and for the same reasons. Last August, the vehicle carrying Gvir to an interview also ran a red light, causing an accident. At the time, the car driven by his security detail crashed into a vehicle carrying a family. No one was injured, but authorities noted that “there was no justification whatsoever.”
According to Hebrew media, the official has repeatedly instructed his driver to disregard traffic regulations.
