Pakistani Forces Kill 11 Taliban Militants
Pakistani security forces killed 11 Taliban militants in two attacks on militant hideouts in the country's northwest near the Afghan border today.

Ten members of the Taliban force were killed in the first raid in the Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, a day after gunmen shot dead two Pakistani customs officials.
The 11th victim was killed in a second raid on a former Taliban stronghold in the North Waziristan district of the northwest.
The military operations have targeted the Pakistani Taliban, a group known as the TTP that is allied with the Afghan Taliban, who seized power in Afghanistan in 2021.
