Looking for something sweet and quick? You can follow this recipe from Eat Well 101 and make a greedy dessert of banana and chocolate. It's simple!

Ingredients:
300 g of ripe banana
200 g of pieces of dark chocolate without sugar
Preparation:
1- First mash and mix the banana pulp with a mixer in a large bowl.
2- Meanwhile melt the pieces of chocolate in the microwave. Mix to make it homogeneous with a wooden spoon.
3- Add the melted chocolate with the banana mixture. Mix to make it homogeneous.
4- Divide the chocolate and banana mixture by cups. Cover and put in the fridge for two hours before serving.
