Do you only use coconut milk to make curry? It is much more useful than you might think. The 'website' Taste shows you how to make a banana coconut cake. See how simple it is. It will certainly disappear in a few minutes.

Ingredients:
2 cans of coconut milk
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/3 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of banana puree
Preparation method:
1- Place the coconut milk in a bowl and refrigerate for a few minutes. Add the flour, cinnamon, yeast and baking soda. Add the sugar. Add the eggs, vanilla and three quarters of the coconut mixture.
2- Add the remaining coconut to the banana and mix all the preparations. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve with banana and coconut shavings.
