Surfers Tomás Fernandes and Francisca Veselko won today the second stage of the Portuguese League, which took place at the Leça da Palmeira beach, in Porto.

Tomás Fernandes, who had already won the opening round, on Cabedelo beach, in Figueira da Foz, repeated the feat, but this time by beating Guilherme Ribeiro in the final, with the 2019 national runner-up scoring 16 points, against 12.40 of his opponent.

In the women's final, Francisca Veselko was happy again in Leça da Palmeira, where she had already won last year, but now she did it against Teresa Bonvalot, a surfer who started the league with a triumph in Cabedelo.

Veselko scored 14.50 points in the final of this second stage, while Bonvalot finished with 11.60.

The next stage takes place between May 24 and 26 on Ribeira D'Ilhas beach, in Ericeira.
