Pep Guardiola and an English journalist starred in a lively moment at the press conference previewing the Manchester City match against Luton on Friday. After the Catalan coach joked about the players' more relaxed side, due to the busy schedule at this time of the year, a journalist wanted to know if the squad was allowed to "have a few beers".

Guardiola said no and the journalist made a "connection" with Jack Grealish's form, prompting laughter from those present in the press room.

Guardiola also joined in the joke, but ended up praising the English international.

"We are very happy with him. We miss him. He has to keep going until the end. This is the level we know Jack. He will have to do what everyone does. Improve in several aspects, such as finishing, for example. But we know the Jack from last season who helped us. This season he has not been so present, but I am sure that he has learned the lesson and that he will try to help us in what is missing. Not only next year, but in the following years that he has ahead of him", Guardiola said, in a more serious tone.
