Montenegro ends visit to Cape Verde (with right to traditional dance)
The Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, ended his visit to Cape Verde today dancing in Cidade Velha, the last point of his visit to the archipelago.

Luís Montenegro danced with "batucadeiras" in a traditional dance.
The Prime Minister wore the traditional "pano di terra" fabric around his waist in the UNESCO heritage site, where Portuguese navigators first arrived.
There, the population and tourists approached for photographs and, from a Cape Verdean, Montenegro received the message: do not follow the ideas of the leader of Chega, André Ventura, "follow your thinking", in an appeal to receive Cape Verdean immigrants who seek work and a better life.
"Count on us", replied Montenegro.
Before returning to Portugal, the Prime Minister will also meet with representatives of the Portuguese community.
