She opened the refrigerator door and there they were, hidden in a corner of the drawer and soft. Have you ever come across carrots in this state? Well, before throwing them away there is a super easy trick that promises to help recover them in an instant and, at the same time, combat waste.

Through a sharing made on the social network Instagram, nutritionist Diana Dinis left us with all the 'mush' done. First, put the carrots in a glass container. Then, put cold water in the container. The carrots should be submerged.

Leave the container in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, the carrots will be as good as new.
