It seems like a simple recipe for meatballs with pasta, but it's unbelievably delicious and won't ruin your diet. Word from nutritionist Iara Rodrigues.

Ingredients (for up to eight people):
For the meatballs
1 kg of minced chicken
100 g of breadcrumbs
150 g of grated Parmesan cheese
2 lightly beaten eggs
2 tablespoons of Provencal herbs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive oil as needed
For the sauce
400 g of cherry tomatoes cut in half
300 g of tomato passata
100 ml of water
Olive oil as needed
2 cloves of minced garlic
50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
Dried basil as needed
For the pasta
1 package (500 g) of spaghetti
Preparation method:
1- In a large pot of water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2- Combine all of the ingredients in a second pot and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then, bring to a boil. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, while you prepare the meatballs.
3- In a bowl, combine all of the meatball ingredients, season to taste, and make balls approximately two to three centimeters in diameter. Then, set aside.
4- In a large skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and brown the meatballs.
5- Next, transfer the meatballs to the pot with the tomato sauce and cook until the meat is cooked through.
6- Serve the spaghetti in a bowl with the chicken meatball sauce on top.
