Real Madrid beat Real Sociedad 0-1 at Anoeta on Friday, with a solitary goal from Arda Guler. The young Turkish midfielder scored his first goal as a starter, the first time he has earned Ancelotti's trust in the starting eleven. He had already scored against Celta de Vigo in March.

Guler was injured for a long time during his debut season at Real Madrid. He is returning in time to demonstrate his quality, at times, not only with the goal but with great technical details.

The Turk scored in the 29th minute, following a cross from Dani Carvajal. He appeared at the far post and shot on target.

Real Sociedad also had a goal disallowed by Takefusa Kubo, who played for Real Madrid. Note also the return of Éder Militão to the starting lineup. Real Madrid strengthens its leadership in the table and is approaching the Spanish title. Real Sociedad remains with the same 51 points, in sixth place.
