Ex-Benfica admits: "Rúben Amorim is a great replacement for Klopp"
Matic said his former teammate at the Eagles "speaks very good English", at a time when he has been heavily linked with Liverpool.

After having already projected the duel between Olympique Marseille and Benfica, with a view to the Europa League semi-finals, Nemanja Matic was also challenged to comment on the possible future of Rúben Amorim at Liverpool, given the high interest in recent months. There was no shortage of praise for his former teammate at the Eagles.
"Rúben Amorim is an excellent person. He was one of those who helped me the most when I arrived at Benfica because he speaks English very well. I hope he hasn't forgotten how to speak now [laughs]", he began by saying about the Sporting coach, in an interview with the newspaper O Jogo.
"I see Rúben Amorim in a great club, I don't know if it will be Liverpool, but if it happens I'm sure he's a great replacement for Klopp. Rúben understands football and has the personality and character to be a great coach. He already is. I would like to see him in the Premier League, let's see what happens from now on", he stressed next.
It is recalled that Nemanja Matic and Rúben Amorim shared a dressing room at Benfica, between 2011 and 2014, in the final stretch of the current coach of the Lions' career, at a time when the Serbian midfielder was at the service of Olympique Lyon.
