Craig Bellamy continues to make headlines, almost ten years after putting an end to a career full of adventures, in which he played for Premier League 'giants' such as Liverpool and Manchester City.

Currently, at 44 years of age, the former Welsh international holds the position of assistant coach at Burnley, and even had to take over the reins of the main team last Saturday, in the 1-1 draw at Turf Moor, due to the suspension of head coach Vincent Kompany.

A result that complicates the team's chances of staying in the Premier League, and which led to some colourful words from the coach himself after the final whistle: "I have a three-year-old daughter who still believes in rainbows and unicorns".

"Honestly, I think we can get out of this situation. I believe we will stay up. Maybe I'm naive or maybe I'm the one who still believes in rainbows and unicorns," he added, as quoted by British newspaper The Sun.

Words that quickly went viral on social media, with a number of fans reminding Craig Bellamy that, unlike unicorns, rainbows are actually real.
