The Angolan national futsal team qualified today for the semi-finals of the African Cup of Nations, after beating Ghana by a significant 11-3, in a match of the third round of Group A, in Rabat, Morocco.

Under the command of the Portuguese coach Marcos Antunes, the night of 'rain' of goals in the Angolan team was marked by the 'hat-trick' of Bráulio (01, 23 and 35), and Chico (17, 20 and 24) and by the 'bis' of Arroz Doce (11 and 26).

Jô, in the initial minute, Hélber (31) and Kaluanda (33), scored the remaining goals of Angola, while Ghana reduced with an own goal from Adérito, at nine, and through Pako (15) and Arthur (39).

With this victory, Angola ends up second in Group A, with six points, behind the host Morocco, who has nine, due to the victory over Zambia, by 13-0.

In the semi-finals, Angola will face the three-time African champion Egypt, on Friday, while Morocco plays before Libya.

At the end of the match, the Angolan coach, Marcos Antunes, expressed satisfaction for the main objective achieved.

"The one that was the initial objective, at this moment, is achieved, which is to play the semi-finals. From here on, we must be focused, rest well, recover and continue to work to continue to be successful. And whoever wants to beat us, will have to be better than us and will have to be much more competent", he said.
