Liverpool champion? Klopp's answer: "I'm not stupid..."
German coach refuses to 'hand over' the title to Manchester City.

Liverpool registered, this Sunday, what was one of the most unexpected results of the 33rd round of the Premier League, so far, due to the defeat suffered against Crystal Palace, by 0-1, in the heart of Anfield.
After the math, the reds finished the 33rd round in the second position, with 71 points, as many as Arsenal, and two less than the leader, Manchester City. In the press conference that followed the final whistle, the coach, Jurgen Klopp, refused, nevertheless, to 'hand over' the title to the rivals.
"I understand, 100%. Of course you have to ask these questions, what it means for the title race. I'm not dumb, I know that. The answer is pretty easy", he began by stating, in statements reproduced by the British newspaper Liverpool Echo.
"If we play like we played in the first half, why should we be champions? If we play like we played in the second half, we can win football games. If we can win football games, then we will see what is possible", he continued.
"We have to be there when the other guys have a little dip, if they have a dip. That's how it is. We have to win games, anyway. Now we have a run of four away games. That would be tricky anyway", he concluded.
