Homemade chocolate granola. Sounds good? Here's the recipe

To start the day in a healthier way, nothing better than to have yogurt with homemade chocolate and date granola. Agree? Follow the recipe from Delish. It's very simple!

Ingredients:
50g of goji berries
60 g of fresh pitted dates
150 g of chopped almonds
100 g of oats
100 g of chopped hazelnuts
65 g of cocoa 'nibs'
40 g of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
Greek yogurt and red fruits to serve (optional)
Preparation method:
1- Turn the oven on to 120°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the goji berries in a bowl and cover them with hot water for 10 minutes to hydrate. Place the dates in another bowl and cover with 1/4 cup (60 ml) of hot water. Let stand for five minutes to soften, then place the dates and water in a food processor and blend to obtain a paste. Drain the goji berries.
2- Place the other ingredients and two teaspoons of salt in a bowl. Add the date paste and the drained goji berries. Mix everything with your hands. Spread the mixture, creating an even layer, on the prepared tray. Bake for 45 minutes.
3- Remove from the oven. Let cool and serve with the yogurt and red fruits.
