This new offer is a tribute to tradition. As starters, there is a Pica-Pau of Paris Mushrooms, Shitake and Pleurotus with carrot, cucumber and cauliflower pickles, and Spanish Mussels dipped in a broth. As main courses, there are now Roasted Codfish Loins with tomato crumbs followed by Duck Rice, black pork sausage and parsley alioli. The explosion of flavours from the sea is served in the Caldeirada de Garoupa (grouper stew), shrimp and coriander pots and Seafood Rice with shrimp, scallops and mussels. As desserts, the Sericaia of Elvas plum and lemon sorbet, and the Sweet Rice with cinnamon ice cream and caramelized apple.
