NASA video shows all 72 flights of the Ingenuity helicopter on Mars

NASA has shared a video showing the paths taken by the Ingenuity helicopter on Mars since April 2021 - when the aircraft's maiden flight took place.
In all, 72 Ingenuity flights were carried out, far more than the five originally planned by the US space agency. Unfortunately, a minor accident in January this year damaged Ingenuity to the point that the helicopter was no longer able to fly.
However, Ingenuity is already considered a success story. During these 72 flights, the helicopter reached a maximum flight altitude of 61.24 metres, a total of 12,169.5 seconds in the air on a single flight, a maximum speed of 10 metres per second and a distance covered of 69,705 metres on a single flight.
In total, Ingenuity covered 17.70 kilometres on the surface of Mars.
