Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
Instructions:
1- Crack each egg into a small bowl. Fill a large straight-sided skillet with 2 inches of water. Bring to a boil. Stir in the vinegar. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer when the water is barely bubbling and small bubbles are just beginning to break the surface of the water.
2- Working with one egg at a time, gently slip the egg from the bowl into the simmering water.
3- Cook for 4 minutes for a soft-cooked egg, 5 minutes for a medium-cooked egg and 8 minutes for a hard-cooked egg. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the eggs to a clean kitchen towel to drain for 1 minute. Serve.
