On Monday, April 8th, chef Marlene invites chef João Guedes Ferreira, coming directly from the Flora restaurant in Viseu, which this year won the Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide, for a four-handed dinner at Zunzum Gastrobar, in Lisbon.

To Marlene Vieira's dishes, such as Smoked pork loin tartare, peas and roasted garlic and Tramezzini of fish and shrimp from our coast, bottarga and saffron, are added Flora classics such as Spicy polenta with fennel pickle, Gizzards, cauliflower, yeast puree and chicken jus and White asparagus, buttermilk and toasted koji.
For the 'pairing', Zunzum invited the producer José Domingues to present his Terrunho wines. The dinner also features Bacardi to sponsor the cocktail that will accompany the dessert.
This is the fourth of 12 events taking place throughout the year to celebrate Portuguese flavors and ingredients, presented with different techniques and reflecting the signature of each guest chef. The menus are composed of signature dishes from the guest and creations by chef Marlene Vieira and the wines are the responsibility of a small producer, invited to present his creations.
