Millions Not Enough: Feyenoord Turn Down Liverpool for Arne Slot

Liverpool have decided to 'forget' about Rúben Amorim and have turned their attention to Arne Slot, but have already seen a first offer rejected by Feyenoord. The Reds offered nine million euros and heard a... 'no', reveals the portal The Athletic this Wednesday.

Liverpool, however, refuse to give up on the intention of hiring Slot to succeed Jurgen Klopp at the end of the season, also because the Dutch coach is enthusiastic about the eventual move to the Premier League, but will have to reach an agreement with Feyenoord, with whom Slot has a contract until 2026.

It should be noted that Slot's name recently jumped to the top of Liverpool's preferences after the interest in Rúben Amorim plummeted.
