Shines at Bayern Munich, but emphasizes: "I can't compare myself to Messi"
Jamal Musiala confesses that the Argentine international is one of his "favourite" players.

At 21, Jamal Musiala is already an undisputed starter for Bayern Munich and is gaining more and more importance in the main German national team. Even so, he stresses that he cannot be compared to his idol, Lionel Messi.
"I admire him a lot, and he has always fascinated me. I grew up watching Leo and Neymar. They were my favorites because they entertained me a lot and brought a lot of joy to the game. I would always stop to watch them, Leo scoring goals and Neymar doing those tricks with the ball. Then I would go to the garden and try to imitate them," he began by saying.
"I don't think I can compare myself to Messi in any way, and that is an almost impossible mission. I think comparing myself to Leo or any other player is in vain," continued the young promise of English descent.
"I take my profession year by year, and I continue to work to try to be better and win titles for my team. That's the only way they will arrive safely," he added, in an interview given to the Wednesday edition of the Spanish newspaper Marca.
