From European glory to league failure: AS Roma lose to Bologna

AS Roma have been capable of the best and worst in recent days. After eliminating AC Milan in the Europa League semi-finals, the team from the Italian capital returned to the championship and lost, this Monday, at home to Bologna (3-1), in a match of the 33rd round.
The 14th minute was running when the visitors opened the scoring in Rome. El Azzouzi scored a great goal with a bicycle kick and Svilar didn't even react. Near the break, Zirkzee signed the 2-0 (45').
Daniele de Rossi changed the team during the second half and reaped the rewards when a precise shot by Azmoun relaunched the accounts (56'). However, Bologna's response was not long in coming and Alexis Saelemaekers scored a hat-trick that closed the accounts in this match (65').
With the accounts done, Bologna consolidates fourth place with 62 points, seven more than AS Roma, who are one place below.
