Meta's newest social network, Threads, now has over 150 million monthly active users
The number was revealed by Mark Zuckerberg during the presentation of the financial results for the first quarter of the year, with the Meta leader saying that Threads "continues to track what we expected".
Despite not having the growth that was expected after the 'explosive' launch, Threads continues to show stable growth, which leads Zuckerberg to believe that the platform could reach one billion users.
The Meta leader commented that monetization strategies will only be considered once Threads reaches more people.
