Yes, there is a healthy, delicious food that can reduce appetite. What is it? Guna Bilande, a nutritionist, quoted in the Mirror, advises eating Greek yogurt regularly. Why? It has "lots of protein, probiotics and essential nutrients." Furthermore, it contains "a unique combination of properties" that are very important for weight management. 

For example, since it  has  a lot of protein, Greek yogurt "increases the feeling of fullness and satiety, helps regulate appetite throughout the day" and, consequently, helps you lose weight. 

Taking this into account, she recommends that you "start by incorporating a modest amount of Greek yogurt, about 150 to 200 grams, into your daily meals".

You can (and should) try different flavor combinations and recipes to keep things "interesting and sustainable".
