Dietician Indrani Ghosh revealed to the website HealthShots that this vitamin also helps improve metabolism, the nervous system, and even improve blood sugar control.

She explained that nuts and seeds are one of the best foods you can eat to increase levels of this vitamin. "They are a quick snack and also provide nutrients for skin and hair."
