Pork Chops with Onion Gravy. A recipe that will be a hit

After making this onion gravy, you'll never buy a packet from the grocery store again. It's easier than you think. Check out this recipe from 30 Seconds. Serve with pork chops.
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
½ tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
For the gravy:
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
Method:
1- Start by seasoning the pork chops with the garlic, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Then, dredge them in flour. Heat the olive oil and butter. Cook the pork chops for three minutes per side.
2- To make the gravy, heat the butter in the same skillet. Add the onion and cook for 10 minutes. Add the garlic and thyme. Whisk in the remaining flour, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Cook for two minutes.
3- Add the pork chops to the gravy and let them cook for five more minutes.
