Ingredients:
200 g of peeled strawberries
1 large peeled and pitted mango
¼ of squeezed lemon
3 peeled ripe bananas
200 g of condensed milk
600 ml of cream
4 peeled kiwis
Pieces of fruit to serve (optional)
Preparation method:
1- First, in two separate bowls, crush or mash the strawberries and the mango. Then, in another bowl, add the lemon juice and the banana and crush or mash.
2- Then, in a large bowl, mix the condensed milk and the cream with an electric mixer until they are thick and firm. Divide the mixture between the three bowls. Put the fruit puree in each one of them. Transfer each one to a freezing container and freeze until solid.
3- Crush the kiwi and, if you want, remove the seeds. Serve a scoop of each ice cream in bowls and cover with the kiwi sauce and the pieces of fruit.
