Urban rehabilitation growth slows to 1.4% in March
Urban rehabilitation activity increased by 1.4% in March, year-on-year, which represents a slowdown compared to the 3.7% increase in February, the Association of Construction and Public Works Industries (AICCOPN) announced today.

Regarding the quality index, which measures the opinion of entrepreneurs about the order portfolio, there was a 3.3% drop, compared to the same month of the previous year, the association announced in a statement.
Regarding the contracted production, which indicates the expected working time at a normal pace, there was an increase to 10.3 months, compared to 8.5 months in March 2023.
AICCOPN releases the data on urban rehabilitation in Portugal on a monthly basis, based on a survey carried out with entrepreneurs in the sector who work in this segment.
