Apple will produce fewer Vision Pro units than planned
It is believed that the decision was made due to lower than expected demand.

After a reported drop in interest for the Vision Pro, it seems that Apple has decided to reduce production of this virtual and augmented reality device.
This is according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, one of the best-known names in topics related to the 'Apple Company', who indicates that (now) between 400,000 and 450,000 units will be produced in 2024 - less than the 700,000 to 800,000 Vision Pro units that were initially planned.
Recall that the Vision Pro was launched at the beginning of the year, a launch that took place only in the US. This fact may have contributed to a more limited interest in the Vision Pro, as well as the price of $3,500 and also the reduced number of apps available for the device.
