47-year-old man dies in Setúbal after fall in work accident
A 47-year-old man died today in Setúbal, victim of an accident at work while working on the repair of a roof in an industrial area, sources from the authorities revealed to the Lusa agency.

The alert for "a fall from a height" was given at 9:29 am, revealed the Setúbal Sub-Regional Command of the National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority, which also confirmed that it was "an accident at work".
The death was declared on site by the team of the Emergency Medical Vehicle and Resuscitation (VMER) of the Setúbal Hospital and the body was transported to the Institute of Legal Medicine.
The man fell from "a height between eight and 12 metres", added a source from the Setúbal Territorial Command of the GNR.
The occurrence mobilised five vehicles and 12 operatives from the Setúbal Firefighters and the GNR.
The Labour Conditions Authority (ACT) and the Judiciary Police were notified to appear on site, indicated the source of the GNR, and are now investigating the circumstances of the accident.
