Two people rescued after getting stuck in a waterfall in Vieira do Minho

Two people were trapped on Saturday morning at Cascata da Candosa, in the parish of Rossas, in the municipality of Vieira do Minho, district of Braga, while practicing 'canyoning' in the Ave river, a source from the Sub-Regional Command of Ave confirmed to Notícias ao Minuto.
The alert was given at 10:54 am.
Upon arrival, it was possible to ascertain that the victims were in good health.
According to Notícias ao Minuto, the National Republican Guard of Braga, who was at the scene, both people have already been removed from the scene and continued to practice the sport, without injuries.
The practice of cannoying includes rappelling and jumping into the water, as well as passing through caves and diving.
