PSV claims (virtual) 25th Dutch title with emphatic win
There is a new champion in the Netherlands. PSV returned to the titles six years later.

Under the heavy rain felt in Heerenveen, in the Friesland region, in the Netherlands, the new Dutch champion was crowned. PSV Eindhoven won the 25th Eredivisie title, the main championship in the country, virtually, with a victory over the local team by 0-8.
A rout that illustrated the exemplary season of Peter Bosz's team, a coach who thus wins his first Dutch title at 60, after adventures at Ajax, Borussia Dortmund or Leverkusen.
In a first half of demolition, PSV scored five goals - two by Guus Till, two others by Tillman and one by Veerman. In the second half of the game, Bakayoko, with a great goal, Luuk De Jong and Van Aanholt closed the count in an expressive way.
The last time PSV were champions was in 2018, with Cocu as coach. After a few years of fasting, this season was excellent offensively, with more than 100 goals scored in 31 games, and 17 conceded. PSV has 84 points, 12 more than Feyenoord and wins in the direct confrontation with the main rivals due to the goals scored. If Feyenoord loses, the title is official.
