After having beaten the bracarenses in the two clashes between the two teams already held this season with goals in the initial periods, having in Braga, in the first round of the League, suffered a turnaround, and in the final of the League Cup conceded the equalizer and then lost the dispute for big penalties, the 'canaries' intend, this time in Amoreira, to defeat the opponent.

"We need to give it consistency. We are going to have a very difficult opponent, with excellent players, and we also want to give that sequence. We did, in fact, two very good entries [in the two previous matches against SC Braga] and the game of the League Cup final was already of a very great consistency, but we also had a longer period defending because we had also been winning and the truth is that we want, naturally, the game to be more divided", he wished, in a press conference.

The emblem of the Linha de Cascais has not conceded goals in the last three matches, against Portimonense and FC Porto (1-0 wins) and Casa Pia (0-0), but Vasco Seabra does not directly attribute this fact to the change made in the goal, having brought back Marcelo Carné for these three matches.

"When I changed from Marcelo to Dani Figueira, I had total confidence in Marcelo and at the time, I told him and you [journalists] that it had nothing to do with lack of confidence, it had to do with what Dani's work is, the confidence I had in him and what I felt that his characteristics could bring to our team and this change was due to exactly the same thing. Dani is a natural worker and I trust him a lot", the coach guaranteed.

Vasco Seabra was very satisfied with the sequence of games of Estoril Praia without conceding goals and recognized that the good performance of all the central defenders he has at his disposal in the squad causes him "positive doubts".

The coach of Estoril Praia also guaranteed that João Marques, who has already confirmed his transfer to Sporting de Braga from next summer, "is summoned" for this Saturday's challenge.

"I have already publicly congratulated SC Braga for the signing they made. João had a period when things didn't go so well for him, it's part of all the players in the world, it's not just João Marques, but he's a player who is fighting to help us, in the last two games he had two very good entries from the bench and that's why he's back to competing and his decisions are getting better and better. He is a player we count on and I am sure he will help me a lot", he pointed out.

Among the options for the attack, Estoril Praia has João Marques, but it will not have Rodrigo Gomes, who is on loan from Sporting de Braga to the 'canaries' and will therefore not be able to contribute to this game, with the coach admitting that Heriberto Tavares, who returns after serving a match of punishment, is "one of the possibilities" to enter as his replacement.

"Heriberto is one of the possibilities, João Marques another and Fabrício another. Therefore, we are happy to have this internal competitiveness and, as I mentioned earlier, there are many players who have many minutes throughout the competition, we have a very high percentage of players who, for a few years now, have not had the number of minutes that they have this year in the I League with us. It is a very important factor", he added.

Estoril Praia, 13th classified with 29 points, faces Sporting de Braga, fourth, with 56, on Saturday, at 8:30 pm, at the António Coimbra da Mota Stadium, in Estoril, with refereeing by Fábio Veríssimo, from the Leiria association.
