The Argentine newspaper Olé published this Saturday a voice message allegedly recorded by Nico Sánchez, one of Monterrey's assistant coaches, in which he reports the incidents involving Lionel Messi at the end of the 1-2 victory in the visit to Inter Miami.

"Yes, Messi wanted to fight me. I don't think he wanted to hit me, because if he had, he would have hit me, but he was an inch away from me, he put his fist next to my face. I think he was looking for my reaction more than to hit me", the 'right-hand man' of Fernando Ortiz would have begun by saying.

"Tata Martino was entering the locker room, turned around and started saying everything. Then Messi appeared, who I thought had already left. Messi wanted to eat me raw. The security guard approached, but he didn't touch me, because I didn't react", he continued.

"The dwarf was possessed, he had the face of the devil. He put his fist next to me and said 'Who do you think you are? Who did you eat?'. I don't know the things he said to me, I don't think he insulted me. As I didn't look at him, I never answered", he added.

However, Nico Sánchez assured that the episode did not end there: "Tata Martino [the opposing coach], poor guy, was in front of me and said 'Are you going to cry too?'. A poor guy... I never answered or reacted to anyone".

"Surely, they deleted all the videos, because the videos make us look very bad. What they did is very serious, but, well, it's part of the show. They clearly wanted to stain everything, and that's what I wanted to avoid", he concluded.
