Do you treat your skin with lots of 'love and care'? Do you want to avoid the dreaded wrinkles and sagging as much as possible? In addition to including the right products in your 'skincare' routine, you should bet on simple changes in habits, says Sana Sadiq, a doctor specializing in aesthetics, quoted in The Sun. To help you on this mission, she shared very useful tips. Take note!
Generally, "high-impact cardiovascular exercise, such as running, has a negative effect on the skin," she explains. Therefore, she advises doing exercises in water, such as swimming and water aerobics, which helps to take care of your bones, muscles and, consequently, your skin.
She also recommends that you use the sauna regularly as a way of stimulating circulation and making even more nutrients reach the skin. "This increases cell renewal and rejuvenation of the entire body, especially when you choose an infrared sauna," she adds. Those who do not have access to a sauna can take a hot water immersion bath frequently.
